1) Who we are

CEB Solutions (“we”, “us”) provides website design, e-commerce store launches, and lightweight AI/email automation services. This page sets the terms that apply when you use our site or hire us for a project.
Contact: elbassamchakib@cebsolutions.dev • Legal/trading name: CEB Solutions

2) Using our services & order of precedence

When you place an order or sign a proposal/SOW, you agree to these Terms. If a conflict exists, the specific proposal or product page for that service governs that item. Examples of governed pages include your Website Design & Development and E-commerce Store Setup & Launch listings with inclusions, timelines, and payment terms.

3) What’s included (high level)

Deliverables are listed in your proposal or the product page: typically a modern, mobile-first site/store with basic SEO, analytics installed and verified and live customer support so you can edit content. Some offers include year-one hosting and domain and two revision rounds; see the relevant page for scope.

4) Process & timelines

We run a tight, transparent process: intake → working draft in days → feedback → revisions → launch → aftercare. Small sites typically move from draft to launch in ~1–2 weeks depending on assets and feedback speed. Product pages outline draft windows (e.g., 3–7 days for websites; 5–10 days for stores). You’ll know what’s next at each step.

5) Payments

  • Deposit: 50% to start, 50% at pre-launch unless your proposal says otherwise.

  • Methods: Card and bank transfer (IBAN/BIC provided on invoice.

  • VAT: Added where applicable.

  • Overdue invoices: We may pause work until payment clears.
Payment schedules and any add-ons are confirmed in your proposal or product page.

6) Revisions & changes

Two revision rounds are included for most fixed-price builds. Minor copy/layout tweaks fit within those rounds. Out-of-scope requests (extra pages, custom integrations, new features) are quoted and scheduled separately after your approval.

7) Your responsibilities

Provide timely assets (logo, colours, copy, images, product data), key facts (services, pricing, shipping/tax notes), and a single decision-maker for approvals. Delays in assets/feedback shift timelines.

8) Service-specific notes

Websites: 4–8 pages by default, mobile-first, fast-load pass, contact form wired to your inbox, SEO basics (titles/meta/headings/sitemap), analytics installed. Optional features include maps, galleries, blogs, appointments, and more.
E-commerce: Store foundation (pages + initial products), variants, tax/shipping rules, secure checkout, legal pages (privacy/cookies), promo codes, product search; growth options like email campaigns, pixels, and simple chat buttons are available.
AI Email Assistant: Done-for-you setup with list sync from forms, branded templates, campaigns, and auto-replies per plan. Service tiers and limits (e.g., subscriber caps) are shown on the product page.

9) Hosting, domain & aftercare

Where stated, year-one hosting and domain are included; renewals after year one are your responsibility. We provide a short handover video/doc and post-launch support window for small fixes/configs; ongoing maintenance can be arranged by plan. See your proposal or listing for inclusions.

10) Third-party tools & affiliates

We may suggest third-party services (hosting, email, analytics, payments). Your account with those providers is between you and them. Some pages may use affiliate links—if you buy via our link, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We label offers and disclosures clearly and never change your price. See /affiliate-disclosure for details.

11) Content & compliance

You confirm you have rights to the materials you provide and that your content complies with applicable law (IP, consumer law, privacy, advertising standards). For personal data collected via your site, we can implement least-data forms, consent cues, and basic analytics privacy settings; you remain the data controller. Ask if you need a DPA before launch.

12) Warranties & what we don’t promise

We deliver with reasonable care and skill. The web changes often, so we don’t guarantee specific rankings, traffic, ,revenue or Service on time sometimes due to overload of service (If this is the case the customer will be notified). Third-party services may change without notice. Except as required by law, services are provided “as is”.

13) Liability cap

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability under these Terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the last 12 months for the specific services giving rise to the claim. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses (lost profit, data, or opportunities). This does not limit liability where the law forbids it.

14) Cancellations & refunds

  • Before work starts: refund minus non-recoverable costs (e.g., purchased assets).

  • After work starts: prorated refund based on completed milestones/deliverables.

  • Discovery/setup fees: non-refundable once delivered because you can use the outputs elsewhere.
If a promo states different terms, that promo page governs for that offer.

15) Intellectual property

  • You retain ownership of your brand assets and any content you supply.

  • Upon full payment, you receive a licence to use the delivered site/store and bespoke assets for your business.

  • Third-party assets (fonts, stock, plugins) keep their own licences.

  • We may show non-confidential screenshots and anonymised results in our portfolio; tell us in writing if you prefer not to be featured.

16) Acceptable use

Don’t use the site or services for unlawful activity, spam, scraping, or to introduce malware or harmful code. We may suspend access if these Terms are breached.

17) International use

We work with clients in Ireland, the EU, Morocco, and elsewhere. You’re responsible for complying with local laws that apply to your content and operations.

18) Privacy

See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data on this site and in client engagements. We aim for least-data capture and simple consent choices as a default.

19) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date and may summarise changes in the Updates section.
