A user is a full mailbox with its own login, storage, calendar, and settings. It’s billed per user: Starter €149/yr or Pro €229/yr.
An alias is an extra address that delivers to an existing user’s inbox (no separate login or storage). Included free up to 30 aliases per user.
Example: you@yourdomain.com, info@yourdomain.com, sales@yourdomain.com can all be aliases to one inbox. When a new team member needs their own mailbox (e.g., anna@), that’s a new user at the plan price.
