From Brief to Live in 7 Days: How I Build Clients Websites
9/15/20252 min read
Two example builds I’m proud to point at:
Andrexport — a global leader specializing exclusively in premium salted anchovies. Focussing on Moroccan anchovy and Sicilian traditional artisanal methods, operating two modern production sites spanning over 15,000 square meters, employing more than 500 skilled artisans, andrexport.com
Funfair Casino — a multi-location Irish casino group with promotions, locations, and loyalty programs. funfaircasino.eu
They’re very different verticals, same principle: tight scope, crisp UX, ship fast, iterate.
How I run the engagement
1) Intake
You share: company info, services, target audience. You also tell me the goal: show site vs e-commerce vs lead gen. This defines features, style, and integrations.
2) Draft build (3–7 days)
I deliver a working draft in 3–7 days depending on scope. You see real pages, not wireframes.
3) Feedback loop
You review the draft and request changes. You also provide social links, images, videos, and any copy you want on the site.
4) Approve → Go live
When you approve and quality looks excellent, I launch.
5) Aftercare included
You get free updates and maintenance, plus one year of hosting on me.
Example 1: Andrexport — clean product storytelling for a seafood exporter
Context
Andrexport focuses on premium salted anchovies with an emphasis on artisanal methods and sustainability signals. The site surfaces values, certifications, and product SKUs clearly.
Highlights shipped
Values + certification narrative: Friend of the Sea (FOS) callouts where relevant.
Product detail pages: clear copy for jar and can formats so buyers know sizes and use cases.
Lightweight performance pass: fast loads for buyers on mobile.
Why this works
Commodity food sites win with credibility + clarity. Showing artisanal process and third-party certification reduces buyer friction.
Example 2: Funfair Casino — locations, promos, and loyalty above the fold
Context
Funfair runs 13 casino locations in Ireland with promos and a tiered loyalty card. The site’s job is to route users to the nearest venue and current offers fast.
Highlights shipped
Locations hub with hours and contact details to cut call volume.
Promotions surface for timely traffic.
Loyalty explainer for acquisition and retention.
Why this works
For hospitality/entertainment, conversion is a visit or call. Making locations, promos, and loyalty obvious drives that behavior.
My operating model
Scope first. Goal, audience, features. No bloat.
Design for outcomes. Above-the-fold actions mapped to business goals.
Mobile-first. Most traffic is handheld.
SEO basics baked in. Metadata, clean headings, fast pages.
Privacy aware. Minimal data capture. Clear consent paths.
Transparent comms. You always know status and next steps.
What you need to bring
Company overview, services, target audience.
Goal: show site, e-com, leads, or bookings.
Your assets: logo, brand colors, socials, images/videos, and any must-have copy.
One decision-maker for approvals.
